Returns + Exchanges

At Elite Milan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please email us at elitemilan@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us at elitemilan@hotmail.com within 30 days of delivery. We will guide you through the exchange process.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at elitemilan@hotmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you need to cancel a custom order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Return Shipping

For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used, worn, or altered
• Items without original tags and packaging
• Items returned after the 30-day return window
